Born and raised in Ontario. Crystal moved to West Kelowna to attend high school, and she has loved living in the area for many years. Living briefly in Calgary to study and work in theatre, Crystal eventually moved back to the Okanagan to be closer to family. Working for many years in hospitality, she is enjoying this new chapter working with the Hergott team which gives her more time with her family.

In her free time, Crystal and her family love spending time in the outdoors skating, biking, sledding and swimming. Some of her favorite hobbies are baking, gardening, knitting and beekeeping.
