After receiving her Bachelors of Science with Honours in Biology at Queen’s University, Danielle realized, despite loving the field, her passion lies in working with people. She has since graduated from Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law with the class of 2016. There she spent her free time as the President of the Environmental Law Club and as a member of the intramural rugby, floor hockey, squash, and dodgeball teams. One of her greatest accomplishments at law school was winning the UBC Environmental Negotiation Moot and using the momentum from that achievement to organize and host the first ever competitive negotiation at Thompson Rivers University. Danielle’s present focus is to unite her advocacy and interpersonal skills to provide clients at Hergott Law with a tailored and exceptional experience.
Although she has roots in Saskatchewan, Danielle was raised in Penticton and is delighted to return to the Okanagan to be close to her family and enjoy the mountains, lakes, and wineries.
