Susan has called the Okanagan home for the last 26 years after moving here from Cleveland, Ohio.  She holds a BA in Psychology from Creighton University and a BSN from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She chose to take an extended leave from nursing to raise her three children.  As her children moved on to university and careers of their own, Susan joined Hergott Law in 2017 as part of the transcription team before joining the case management team in 2019.

Susan and her husband enjoy traveling as often as they can as well as spending time with family and friends.”
