I contacted Hergott Law after having a bad fall on ice and shattering my femur. They were helpful, understanding and always courteous. They worked unflaggingly on my case, and, when the initial, very low, offer came in, they negotiated a much better outcome for me.  They encouraged me when I thought the lawsuit would never be resolved, and cheered me on when my spirits were low.  Although (hopefully!) I myself will never again require their services, I would highly recommend them to those who do!
