When I was injured 5 years ago, my life spun out of control. I did my best to manage but without Paul Hergotts’ representation, I would not have done so well. Paul worked diligently to provide fair compensation for my injuries sustained and has helped me to be able to move forward. He would schedule regular check ins to review my current treatment plans, as well he would keep me informed about required medical examinations. It was clear that Paul cares about his work as well as his clients. His team was extremely personable, and tactful during their fact finding. Michelle and Sara worked with me for quite a while and were both amazing, even when the subject matter dealt with painful topics. In addition, there were so many excellent staff that I only talked to a few times but were nonetheless a pleasure to work with.
