I was very happy with the way everything was handled in my claim as well as the outcome of my claim. Everyone listened very well and they were always patient with me. I felt like I had lots of guidance and help throughout my claim. The way the office is run by Paul is phenomenal and he is exceptionally approachable and fair. There was a few changes in who was handling my file but it was dealt with very well, I was always alerted and everything was communicated to me. I felt relaxed, I was in great hands! I would absolutely recommend Paul very highly to anyone and give Hergott Law 5 stars!!
