After a year of trying to navigate the ICBC settlement procedures on my own, I asked Paul to represent me.  I am so glad I did!

Three events in our time together stand out: The first one was when Paul arrived at our door with a pile of food after hearing of my wife’s aneurysm.

Another event was during the time of my Discovery. I was blown away by all the time, patience, and knowledge that was poured into me as they spent weeks preparing me for the Discovery. I was so well prepared!  I discovered that a Discovery is something one really needs to be very prepared for!

Paul’s perseverance and determination to see a fair settlement was very commendable!  After the first offer came in, Paul decided that it was a worthy goal to see if ICBC could be persuaded into the merits of a higher settlement.  And that he did!  I don’t know how he did it, but he managed to negotiate a significantly higher offer!

So I write this review in extreme gratefulness to Paul and his staff. I would most definitely recommend him for any ICBC claim. I was so glad to have him in my corner!
