An excellent team going against a disappointing bureaucracy (ICBC) that is such a drain on funding it wouldn’t surprise me that our insurance rates would be cut in half if they got rid of it.  Even in the midst of unfortunate personal issues, they still were diligent in getting their tasks accomplished.
