I had already received a settlement offer from the defense prior to engaging the services of Hergott Law, and was apprehensive that no further progress could be made in gaining a more satisfactory result.  As it turns out, I was completely wrong!  Through the assistance of the whole team – Paul, Jake and Alena, I received more than I would have guessed, and certainly far more than I could ever have achieved on my own.  I am eternally grateful for their assistance, they provided support all along the way, and I heartily recommend Paul and his team to anyone who has suffered a personal injury from any cause (not just from motor vehicle accidents). The service and coordination of my case has been outstanding.
