What Our Clients Say

Paul, my sincere thanks for all you have done making sure my case has come to a much appreciated and successful end. To your right-hand Jill and staff, I cannot say enough of their professional expertise, courteousness and behavior while taking care of your clients.

After my accident, I was worried, I couldn’t sleep, and I was in physical pain. It was difficult to communicate with ICBC on my own. I needed informed, timely, legal assistance.  Calling Hergott Law was the right choice. Paul Hergott gave me ongoing advice throughout the claims process, and I was shielded from any unpleasant communications about what was already an upsetting event. The staff at Hergott Law were always friendly, accurate, and available for any questions or concerns I had.  Without the help of Hergott Law I wouldn’t have resolved the claim as peacefully as I did. Not only did I receive a fair settlement, but I saved myself and my loved one’s significant stress and worry. I recommend Hergott Law to anyone seeking a fair resolution to a car accident claim.

Thank you so much for your response via e-mail to my concerns with my mothers ICBC matter. I realize that your time is extremely valuable and limited. I am so impressed that you would allot such time and interest to my concerns. You are a very smart business professional; and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone in need of personal injury representation. Your knowledge and expertise along with your ability to play on words, would be a real advantage to clients in a court situation. Of course, this is only my perception!  Though I didn’t like everything you had to say, I know you are right; and I felt, at least, you had a good understanding of my predicament. I thank you for that!

Thank you so very much for the time you took out of your busy schedule to participate in our recent grocery bagging fundraiser at Superstore. Your efforts helped raise $1,058.00 to assist our chapter in continuing our work to stop impaired driving and support victims of this violent crime. Your personal participation in our fundraiser was very much appreciated. Thank you both for your support.

One Crash is too Many is a campaign aimed at bringing awareness, knowledge and heart to a cause punctured by sorrow, injury and bereavement. As a mother whose daughter died in a single vehicle accident, I applaud the efforts of this movement, where the main focus is on saving lives. The extensive impact of vehicle accidents shatters those who are involved; either directly or in some way, people are being altered, forever. The pledge needed to express change is within our own communities. To be aware of road conditions and adhere to the rules of the road is to avoid the anguish and immeasurable loss I live with continually.

Dear Paul Hergott, It was in September 2011, we had sought your advice for an ICBC case. Due to family illness & stresses, we followed your wise counsel & settled the case. Looking back, we so appreciated your valuable time, honesty, and integrity and wise words – my son needed Mom by his side. Today we are grateful my son Jon is still with us & healing, having survived cancer & treatments for over 2 years, we hold onto hope for his future. It’s difficult to find words to adequately express our deep gratitude… from our family to yours – Thank you!!!

Hi Paul. This is a small token to say “thank you” for your information and guidance re: my claim regarding a fall at Yamas restaurant Dec. 17/11. This resulted in a satisfactory reimbursement and I do appreciate all you did.

- Doreen McLean - June 30, 2012

Thank you so much for all your help with navigating my way through the ICBC politics. Its guys like you that give lawyers a good name and restore my faith in humanity.

- Kathleen Slater - February 28, 2012

I am so very grateful that I was guided to you, Paul, and to the wonderful women of Hergott Law. The immense patience and consideration you have given was a gift as generous as the actual monetary settlement – however, it is the gift that will live on forever in my heart, long after the money.
My gratitude to you, Jeff, for coming in near the end and getting all the details pulled together and for your compassion in the process!
Thank you all, so very much for all the big and the small things you each did to help me on my journey. With gratitude, appreciation and many many blessings to each and every one of you at Hergott Law.

Ron and I are just sitting here shaking our heads in disbelief that someone as busy as you would take the time to talk to us about my problem. You have no idea how much your words of advice have comforted me. I know that in your practice you are met with victims of MVA’s who are suffering and need legal help/advice and it makes me feel good to know that someone like you is there to help. You didn’t need to spend precious time on a Sunday night talking to us, but you did. We will never forget your kindness and it makes us happy to know there are good people out there who really care. You are one of those rare people. Thank you, Paul.

I can honestly say that Terri and Paul Hergott raised the bar in their fundraising efforts supporting our 2011 Swinging with the Stars event. Terri and Paul went above and beyond in hosting a number of fun and unique events to win the “Most Pledges Raised’ Trophy. Their attention to detail, professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association is second to none….and they can heat up the dance floor pretty well too!”

- Jan Woolsey – Swinging with the Stars Coordinator, Central Okanagan Hospice Association - April 30, 2011

Dear Mr. Hergott! I can’t thank you enough for being there, just when I needed it most. For all you’ve done I’ll always remember you for it. With special thanks.
