Dealing with ICBC is an unpleasant matter after a crash. Having been in two car crashes, it was even worse. Having Paul and his team deal with those people was worth every penny. We came to a reasonable settlement and I certainly recommend Hergott Law for anyone looking for help.

I was very happy with the way everything was handled in my claim as well as the outcome of my claim. Everyone listened very well and they were always patient with me. I felt like I had lots of guidance and help throughout my claim. The way the office is run by Paul is phenomenal and he is exceptionally approachable and fair. I found the whole process of navigating an ICBC injury claim to be a little overwhelming and frustrating at times, but the staff at Hergott Law, especially Sara-Jane, were very helpful, professional and accommodating to my needs whenever I needed the help. There was some technical knowledge that I struggled with, but the staff was always there to work with me to get through it. I was very confident in Paul’s ability to handle my claim and I was really impressed that he always remembered me and my claim every time we spoke, considering the number of claims he deals with. When I had my last accident, I was in the hospital for 5 days not thinking much about anything but Murray, my kids & grandchildren who were supposed to visit me that weekend, about how I could have missed that weekend with them, how my life has flashed before my eyes in a matter of minutes.
My eldest daughter, Jennifer flew the next morning from Victoria and started asking me questions I couldn’t answer. But when she asked me if I had gotten in touch with a lawyer yet, the first person I thought of was Paul of Hergott Law. She was the one who called the office, and I didn’t have to worry about anything else after that. I felt like I was calling an old friend who looked after me on my first accident and am sure that he would again. And he did. Considering the changes that Paul mentioned about the ICBC policy and the covid 19 pandemic, it was complicated, but he was always on top of the issues and kept me updated on it.
