I have to say, thru all the changes with ICBC in the time of my accident to the settlement. Paul and his crew of amazing staff guided me through a maze of many questions, many appts, and many frustrations.  They always had time to help whenever I reached out.  I was hesitant to get a lawyer because of the cost.  But the hours they put in. The time they put in.  So much paperwork and so many changes to ICBC regulations.  I am so grateful I called and had them help me.  I would have been very lost with out their expertise and extensive knowledge.
